Kelsey H was our server wondering attitude and great service. Food was great very easy to eat even after my wisdom teeth were removed. Very relaxing and cute atmosphere
Kelsey has been out waitress many times and always been friendly and helpful. I love that we didn't have to ask for straws. She put them by our cups individually/intentionally. So many places we have to ask for them and they end up being thrown in the middle of the table. Not here. Caring. It's the small things.
We had an incredible dinner at Johnny Carino’s in Idaho Falls! The food was delicious, fresh, and served quickly, but what really made our visit memorable was our server, Kelsey H. She was absolutely outstanding — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Kelsey went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. It was a little chilly inside though.
Jordan provides exceptional service! She is professional yet very pleasant. She is attentive without being intrusive. We dine here periodically. Since the first time she served us she always remembers that we need gluten free even if it has been months. She also remembers our preferred drinks and meals. We have never received this level of service any where.
We went on a Friday evening and there was no wait. We were seated and from bread to the bill, the food was coming consistently. The bread was delicious, the appetizer “Italian nachos” was sooo delicious (surprised), salad was delicious with their vinaigrette dressing and the chicken parm penne festival was good, but too much bacon. Italian soda was also wonderful and free refills. Price was a bit high but worth it. Service was good, it was clean.
We enjoyed coming to the Idaho Falls Johnny Carino's with our family. The pasta trio was really good, but the spaghetti and artichokes was a bit overly sauced. The staff was friendly and seemed to be working hard on the Friday night we came. Prices sure have gone up, but in our economy most everything has.
Kelsey H is such a fabulous server. She was attentive, talkative and didn't rush us with placing our order giving us enough time to read over the menu. Food came out hot, fresh and plentiful. Fair on the pricing as you get so much with dinners portions.
Kelsey H was the best server! She made our experience wonderful! Great food! She even gave us a drink to go for the road!
